Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material preparation and installation tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site at all times
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily task reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or physical labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
