Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Perform demolition work following OSHA safety standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Participate in daily safety briefings and site cleanup operations
- Complete timecards accurately for weekly pay processing
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Punctuality and consistent attendance required
- Steel-toe boots and personal protective equipment provided
