Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through debris removal, excavation support, and material staging
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with task completion
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Complete daily site cleanup and waste management
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude
