Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate construction equipment safely (concrete mixers, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and framing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking accurately
- Collaborate with diverse teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- Availability for early morning starts (5:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
