Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on residential/commercial sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain clean work areas
- Complete daily progress reports and assist with quality checks
- Travel between job sites as needed (transportation provided)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (paid training)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
