Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal daily
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Support concrete pouring, demolition, and material handling operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
