Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction activities
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and project specifications accurately
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Participate in team briefings and project updates
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition a plus
