Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform cleanup and debris removal according to safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for task completion
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
