Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform excavation support, debris removal, and basic site cleanup
- Read blueprints for simple layout and measurement tasks
- Assist in concrete pouring and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work nights/weekends for project deadlines
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
