- Operating hand/power tools safely
- Preparing/cleaning job sites
- Assisting skilled tradespeople
- Following OSHA safety protocols

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic tool knowledge
- Construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Reliable transportation
