Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Transport materials using equipment forklifts and carts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
