Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like framing, pouring concrete, and finishing
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and interpret instructions from supervisors
- Complete daily time logs and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic tool operation knowledge
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
