- Operate basic machinery (forklift, jackhammer) with proper training
- Adhere to project schedules and supervisor instructions
- Complete daily timecards and equipment reports accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Dallas area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (provided if needed)
