Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks per blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Maintain site safety protocols and PPE compliance
- Load/unraw materials and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with tradesmen on concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Document progress and material usage daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Tennessee residency required
