Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, moving materials, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation, demolition, and equipment operation
- Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines and safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and tools using proper lifting techniques
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring accessibility for crew members
- Operate basic machinery like power saws and drills under supervision
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with weekly pay expectations
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
