Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and excavation tasks as directed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Complete daily cleanup duties and waste disposal
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades with project needs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
