Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks as directed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Participate in daily team briefings and project planning sessions
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Oklahoma City
- Basic understanding of construction site safety principles
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
