Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks (concrete, framing, demolition)
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Own basic work boots (steel-toe preferred)
