Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers and saws under supervision
- Maintain organized job sites and proper tool inventory
- Participate in daily briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
