Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Manage inventory and maintain tool/equipment quality
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (MI Journeyman certification required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex electrical issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Experience with commercial/industrial electrical systems preferred
