Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Manage project timelines while ensuring safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members
- Maintain accurate work documentation and inventory
- Mentor junior electricians during large-scale projects
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety protocols
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
