Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures per blueprints and safety codes
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on complex electrical networks using advanced testing equipment
- Manage conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit panel installations in industrial environments
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards
- Collaborate with project teams to execute after-hours electrical upgrades and emergency repairs
- Document work orders, maintain equipment logs, and submit accurate progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, motor controls, and VFD systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills for after-hours emergency situations
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible night schedules
