Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage inventory of tools and materials for assigned projects
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality results
- Document work completed and maintain detailed service reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Ohio electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility for evening/weekend assignments based on project demands
