Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on complex electrical circuits and equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
- Conduct preventative maintenance on transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels
- Lead emergency response for critical power outages during night shifts
- Maintain detailed documentation of work orders and system changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, terminations, and power distribution
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters and circuit testers
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
