Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems during night shifts
- Install pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and codes
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and water damage mitigation
- Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Estimate project costs and provide transparent quotes to clients
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license required
- Ability to work independently on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
