Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/un construction debris and materials
- Perform basic concrete work and site cleanup
- Adapt to daily project requirements and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings/weekends)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
