Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs including leak fixes, pipe replacements, and fixture installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and inspection cameras
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and backflow prevention systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local plumbing codes (IPC/UPC standards)
- Provide accurate cost estimates and complete detailed service reports
- Maintain clean worksites and professional client communication throughout projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential/commercial settings
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex drain and water pressure issues
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
