Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic assessments using advanced leak detection tools
- Comply with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead emergency response calls for urgent plumbing issues
- Mentor junior plumbers on best practices and techniques
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for projects
- Provide detailed reports and documentation for service completion
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after-hours
- Strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills
