Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with Michigan plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order materials for project efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
- Mentor junior plumbers during complex installations
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2-hour windows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Michigan state license
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater and boiler systems
- Familiarity with digital invoicing and scheduling software
- Background check and drug-free workplace certification
