Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with Michigan plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for efficient project completion
- Mentor junior plumbers and conduct system inspections
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour service windows
Qualifications
- 5+ years plumbing experience with Michigan state license (License #6301001234)
- OSHA 30 certification and EPA 608 certification required
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe lining and hydro-jetting technologies
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service skills with conflict resolution abilities
