Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Mentor junior plumbers and maintain detailed service documentation
- Respond to emergency calls within 2 hours during on-call rotations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Proficient with digital plumbing diagnostic tools
