Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Adhere to all plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Provide emergency plumbing services 24/7 on rotation schedule
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Generate detailed service reports and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent
- Clean driving record and valid Texas driver's license
- Proficiency with trenchless repair methods and pipe lining
- Experience with tankless water heater installations
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
