Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping per code requirements
- Perform emergency drain cleaning and pipe restoration
- Conduct system inspections and provide client consultations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid California state plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system issues
- Excellent customer communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Flexibility for on-call emergency shifts
