Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years practical experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with large-scale ML deployment in regulated industries
