Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology initiatives
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems across verticals
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry regulators and academic partners
- Design ethical training programs for AI development teams
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Represent company in global AI ethics forums and thought leadership platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
