Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years developing ethical AI frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on algorithmic transparency or neural network accountability
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neuromorphic systems
- Fluency in AI ethics frameworks (Asilomar, Montreal, EU Ethics Guidelines)
- Track record of testifying before congressional tech committees
- Certification in Responsible AI from Stanford/MIT
