Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI models deployed in 2026+ autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits across quantum computing algorithms and neural network architectures
- Develop real-time ethical monitoring systems for AI-human collaborative workspaces
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, policymakers, and social scientists
- Author industry whitepapers on AI accountability standards for regulatory bodies
- Train development teams on ethical AI deployment protocols and bias mitigation
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing ethical frameworks in large-scale AI deployments
- Published research on algorithmic bias in quantum or neuromorphic systems
- Experience with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Track record of influencing tech policy through academic or industry advocacy
