- Design transparency mechanisms for explainable AI in high-stakes industries
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks (quantum computing integration, sentient AI)
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics in the 2025-2030 horizon
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and post-singularity scenarios
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar organization
- Portfolio demonstrating implementation of ethical AI systems in production environments
