Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, transportation, and finance sectors
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives, policymakers, and international regulatory bodies
- Conduct bias audits using quantum-enhanced computational models
- Develop predictive ethics impact assessments for emerging AI technologies
- Author white papers and industry standards for the Global AI Consortium
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in ethical technology design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethics auditing and bias detection modeling
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks
