Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech policy, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML systems
- Published work on algorithmic transparency or fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
