Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in AI governance, policy development, or ethical technology implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging AI trends (LLMs, autonomous systems, neural-symbolic AI)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business frameworks
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (NIST, EU AI Act) and international standards organizations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in AI ethics, machine learning, or technology governance preferred
