Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Architect and implement the company's long-term roadmap for Artificial Intelligence, focusing on scalability and future-proofing our technology stack.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
- Prototyping & Development: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and familiarity with quantum computing principles is highly desirable.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define technical strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
