Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term AI strategy roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast AI disruption patterns across industries
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum computing integration with AI ecosystems
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous system decision-making
- Identify emerging AI ethics challenges and design mitigation protocols
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, data science, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
