Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ applications in autonomous systems, quantum computing integration, and human-AI collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy bleeding-edge AI solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and industry labs for R&D acceleration
- Mentor talent in futuristic technology adoption and digital transformation
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of AI implementation experience
- Proven track record leading AI projects at scale with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Published research in AI ethics or future-focused technology (NeurIPS, ICLR preferred)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating work on futuristic AI applications (autonomous systems, AGI precursors)
