- Tech Evaluation: Continuously assess emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative adversarial networks, autonomous agents) and determine their readiness for enterprise deployment.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI solutions into legacy systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum performance.
- Compliance: Establish and enforce strict security protocols and ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: Professional certification in AI ethics or advanced cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
