Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning or Quantum Computing (or equivalent publications)
- 8+ years managing AI research teams with $1M+ budgets
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of commercializing research (3+ patents)
