This senior role demands strategic foresight to identify emerging paradigms and translate them into actionable business strategies that will define the next decade.
As a key member of our executive innovation council, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and government futurists to develop frameworks for responsible AI deployment. You'll lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions while ensuring ethical alignment with humanity's long-term interests.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI strategy roadmap integrating quantum, biotech, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions with 3-year industry impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for superintelligent AI governance with global policy leaders
- Identify and evaluate emerging paradigms through partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership publications, and patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Computational Biology, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotechnology convergence
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed futurist research
- Fluency in policy development for AI ethics with UN/WHO experience preferred
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
