Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive AI strategy targeting 2026 market opportunities and challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI and autonomous systems prototypes
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry for AI innovation
- Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor global AI policy trends and adapt strategy accordingly
- Mentor emerging AI talent through FutureTech's internal leadership program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions across multiple sectors
- Expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience with AI ethics, fairness, and explainability methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to quantify AI ROI and risk
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
