Core Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems aligned with the 2026 technology trajectory.
- Lead the design of scalable machine learning pipelines and generative model architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototyping to validate new AI methodologies before full-scale deployment.

Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems handling millions of requests.
- Experience with large language models, reinforcement learning, and federated learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
