Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying AI models into high-traffic, low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate theoretical models into practical applications.
- Oversee the implementation of MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient model training and deployment.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics, and security in AI development.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning libraries.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and optimizing inference performance.
